=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-04-2017 Vide order dated 23.11.2016, the learned First Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge/POCSO, Muzaffarpur in Mahila P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 has declared the opposite party no.2 as a juvenile. The said order has been put to challenge in the present criminal revision application filed by the informant. What I find from the impugned order is that the juvenility of opposite party no.2 has been decided on the basis of date of birth as mentioned in the school certificates. The age of opposite party no.2 has been assessed as 15 years 5 months and 15 days as on the date of occurrence. The order in my view does not require interference since it has taken into account entry of date of birth of

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.289 of 2017 dt.24-04-2017 2/2 opposite party no.2 in the certificates issued by the schools first attended by opposite party no.2.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
