The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.56 of 2019 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The first information report is based on the hearsay statement. There is general and omnibus allegation against altogether six persons named in the first information report. Out of the six named accused persons, Shankar Goswami and Sarwan Kumar have already been granted bail vide orders dated 27.09.2019 and 30.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 59063 of 2019 and 58768 of 2019 respectively. The case of the petitioner stands on identical footing.

Regard being had to the submissions made above, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.56 of 2019. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
