Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302/201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the relative of deceased (Khushbu Kumari) has alleged that on 09.04.2018 in the morning Khushbu Kumari left the house thereafter informant with others searched but she could not be located.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61610 of 2018(3) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 co-accused. Similarly placed co-accused Rinku Baranwal @ Dinesh Baranwal has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cri. Misc. No. 36766 of 2018 passed in order dated 24.07.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018.
