JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 20.2.2020, passed in CWJC No. 2171 of 2020, has not been disobeyed, inasmuch as it would be clear from paragraphs no. 7 to 11 of the show cause, filed in the present case that by mistake, a letter dated 08.10.2022 (Annexure-2 to the contempt petition) was issued, however, the stall of the petitioner has not been removed from the platform, thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, then the present petition be disposed off.
