Petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No.66 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, it is alleged that father of the informant sustained gun shot injury in chest during marriage ceremony and he subsequently died.

Name of this petitioner has come during investigation after one month on the basis of petition filed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61444 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 informant that this petitioner has illicit relationship with his wife and, therefore, this occurrence has been committed by this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.66 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
