Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1022(C) of 2017 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 420, 120(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner and Ravi Kumar Chaurasiya took Rs.1,00,000/- from the complainant, Chandan Kumar Singh for providing him job in IVth Grade in Indian Railway but the petitioner did not provide job to the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not execute any agreement nor received any

Learned counsel for the complainant however, vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner has denied to have received any amount from the complainant on the pretext of providing him job or to execute any deed of agreement, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Complaint Case No.1022(C) of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
