The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2019 in connection with Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 536 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was arrested on suspicion while she had gone to worship in the temple. It is further submitted that the chain in question belongs to the herself and she has absolutely a clean antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
