2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 315(5) of B.N.S. and Section 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one loaded countrymade pistol, four live cartridges and a motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the co-accused, Dilkhus Kumar @ Khusdil Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64749 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 this case on mere suspcion. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case during the course of investigation. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has two criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is of committing criminal breach of trust.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
