JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 instituted for the offence under sections 448 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that both the informant and the petitioner belong to the same family. It has further been submitted that compromise has taken place between the parties and in support thereof, a supplementary affidavit annexing copy of compromise petition, has been filed in this court. From the written report itself, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is admitted fact that the informant is said to be Chacheri Bhabhi of the petitioner.

From the supplementary affidavit filed today in court,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12964 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 it appears that compromise has taken place between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.14 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
