The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly, Respondent No.3, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiaganj, to provide security to the life and to protect the business of the petitioner as he is being obstructed by Respondent No.6, Punit Kumar, in running his business on the premises of the land appertaining to Khata No.6, Plot No. 669, situated in Ward No.1, P.S.- Shikarpur, Circle-Narkatiaganj, District-West Champaran. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3964 of 2017 dt.17-09-2018 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a direction to Respondent No.3, Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiaganj to dispose of the representation of the petitioner submitted on 08.12.2016, as contained in Annexure-3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for with regard to disposal of pending representation dated 08.12.2016, it is expected from Respondent No.3, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiaganj to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

It is made clear if the representation of the petitioner is not on record, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit a fresh representation and the same will be disposed of by the Respondent No.3, within a period of six weeks of its submission.

The writ application accordingly stands disposed of with the observation aforementioned.
