The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2019 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a), 32 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the manufacturing of liquor.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
