JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 203 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a stolen motorcycle from behind the house of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is accused in two other cases also. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery of stolen motorcycle is from behind his house and not from the house of the petitioner and so far other antecedent is concerned, he is on bail and petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62194 of 2018(3) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

However, once charge is framed in this case, petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer of bail. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sujit/- U T
