2. The matter relates to selection against the post of Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre No. 251 of Ward No. 15 in the district of Nawada.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of certain disturbing elements in the village, Aam Sabha is not being held for selection, though applications have been invited after issuance of advertisement and provisional merit-list has been prepared.

4 In my view, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.20228 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015. It is indicated that if the petitioner approaches the Public Grievance Redressal Officer within one month from today, he shall consider and take appropriate decision within a period of two months thereafter. In the meanwhile, the Court also expects that the District Programme Officer, Nawada and Child Development Project Officer, Akbarpur, Nawada should ensure that Aam Sabha, if desired, is convened/held and the selection process is completed in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of.
