For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Rina Sinha(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 The petitioner is shown as an accused in Complaint Case No.526C of 2005 registered in Khagaria police station, wherein offences referable to Sections-420, 120B, 465, 468 and 506 of I.P.C. are alleged. Apprehending her arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.A. No.80 of 2012 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria, which was dismissed through order dated 20.4.2012. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Even if what is stated in the complaint is true, at the most it reflects a property dispute. Added to that,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34957 of 2012 (6) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 the petitioner is a woman. Therefore, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing the bailbond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No.526C of 2005.
