No.2324 of 2010 by order dated 09.02.2012 in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.128 of 2009, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, bail granted to him is hereby cancelled on the ground of misuse.

The Trial Court is directed to ensure remand of the Opposite Party in the present case as well since it has been submitted he is in custody in another case.

The application stands disposed off.
