2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased in which the deceased died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2022. The similarly situated co-accused namely Meena Devi has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65454 of 2022 on 04.04.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020 .

7. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
