The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 379, 504, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 302 IPC was further added.

Since the petitioner is assailant of the deceased, his prayer for bail was refused on 12.04.2019.

The report of the trial Judge reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion as only doctor and Investigating Officer are to be examined.

Let the S.P., Sitamarhi take proper steps for procuring attendance of the doctor and investigating officer in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 398 of 2018.
