Petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.543 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 188, 290 Indian Penal Code and Section 39(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 35 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
