2. From the pleadings on record, the parties do not dispute that the order of the Court dated 05.12.2014 passed in CWJC No. 4702 of 2010 has been complied with.
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of counting his service from 27.07.1968, the JP University has counted the service from 04.12.1970. He, thus, submitted that he may be permitted to assail the same before the appropriate forum separately.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
