Petitioner seeks bail in Sohsarai P.S. Case No.29/18 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the daughter of the informant Anamika Devi who happened to be the wife of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no injury was found on the person of the deceased. Post mortem report also does not support the prosecution story.He further submits that the petitioner has one son and one daughter aged 13 years and 8 years who are residing with the petitioner but their statement has not been recorded. Heard the learned A.P.P. and the informant who opposed

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Sohsarai P.S.
