Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.486 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 396, 397 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Mukesh Kumar, who had been apprehended by the police. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has voluntarily surrendered on 08.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64531 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.486 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
