2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42216 of 2023 whereby the petitioner has been granted regular bail and was directed to release on bail after completion of nine months of judicial custody and after framing of charge.

3. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, order dated 14.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42216 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released after completion of nine months in judicial custody even if charges have been framed or not. The rest part of the order dated 14.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42216 of 2023 shall remain the same.
