Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 525 of 2017 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced during the course of investigation on confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62710 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 525 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also on the condition that one of the bailors should be a Government employee.
