2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . Prosecution case is that 133 liters illicit liquor were recovered from car of co-accused Shatrudhan Kumar .

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of car in question . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge

6. Considering the that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from car in question and petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
