JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 238 of 2015, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, where the dispute could not be settled as the complainant-opposite party no. 2 does not want to live with the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Complaint Case No. 238 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
