2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 34, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. As per prosecution, 86.4 litres of country made liquor has been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 29.08.2023.
5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 25,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission, Ashram, Nala Road, Patna.
7. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, First, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 376/2023.
8. Petitioner bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of deposit amount issued by Ram Krishna Mission, Ashram, Nala Road, Patna, this application is allowed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
