1. No one appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission is present.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"1. That this writ application is filed for quashing of memo no. 2198/ अ० dated 05/08/2016 issued by and under the signature of Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the Commission only) and for further direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of successful candidates for appointment on the post of Agriculture Coordinator as contained in
Patna High Court CWJC No.4878 of 2017(5) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 advertisement no. 02010115 dated 29/04/2015 of the Secretary of the Commission."
3. Learned counsel for the Commission submits that during pendeny of the instant writ application, the results of the advertisement in question was revised and a fresh result was published. In that view of the matter, the instant application has become infructuous.
4. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 20.1.2026 and again on 6.2.2026. None appears on behalf of the petitioner today also.
5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
