In view of the fact that the decision of the Division Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018 was not interfered by the Apex Court in SLP, the respondents are required to consider the present case in the light of decision in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18711 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ application which involves the similar issue is allowed.

Annexure-4 is quashed, the effect of quashing of Annexure-4 shall follow with immediate effect. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands allowed and disposed of.
