The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 354, 188, 427, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was found as member of the mob which was there to obstruct in the official discharge of duty by the police. Further allegation is of pelting of stones with intent to commit murder.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
