Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. F.I.R. was lodged by the father named three accused. The protest petition filed by the mother named ten accused. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
