2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Barh P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 registered for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. If petitioner surrenders and makes a prayer for bail, the learned Court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in
