The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused committed rape upon her and threatened her to face dire consequence. Medical report also supports commission of rape.
Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/ManojU T
