The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1756 of 2018), registered for offence punishable under Sections 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that charge-sheet has not been submitted under Section 376 of the I.P.C. (Annexure-2) and it appears from injury report that doctor does not find any injury (Annexure-3). The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.04.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.60134 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1756 of 2018).
