2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

3. The accusation is that informant and other police personnel received information on 17.11.2019 about keeping the illicit liquor by Dasai Rai and his wife, Chandwati Devi in their house in village Jethuli, which was supplied by Munna Rai, Chintu Rai (petitioner) and Akhilesh Kumar. Thereafter, the house of Dasai Rai was searched, from where, altogether 123.5 litres of foreign liquor was recovered.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the seized illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of Dasai Rai but the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
