Patna High Court CWJC No.5415 of 2017 dt.14-07-2017 2/2 members of the deprived families under the Flood Relief Welfare Scheme.
The petitioner represents the cause of the people at large and in a public interest writ petition of the nature, we are not inclined to issue any mandamus general in nature. On the contrary, an aggrieved person, who is deprived of the benefit, is granted liberty to submit a claim before the District Magistrate, Patna and the District Magistrate, Patna is directed to look into the individual claim of the person concerned and settled it in accordance with law. With the aforesaid liberty to the individual person, the matter stands disposed of.
