2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for quashing the award dated 15.12.2015 passed under the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 which is amended award dated 20.01.2015
Patna High Court CWJC No.4589 of 2017(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 under Section 3G of the National Highway Act, 1956 under Gazette notification dated 08.12.2010 without following mandatory requirements under Section 24(2) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach the appropriate authority under Section 3G(5) of The National Highways Act, 1956 but there has been some delay.
4. If the petition is preferred in next four weeks, the concerned authority shall look into the matter and see to it that the writ petition was pending for last eight years while deciding the limitation petition and shall dispose it of by 31st of March, 2026.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
