JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2024 This case has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of petitioner/applicant for making some necessary correction in the Judgment dated 22.04.2024 passed by this Court.

02. It has been pointed out on behalf of the applicant that, inadvertently, in the cause title of judgment dated 22.04.2024 'the Registered Will' has been typed instead of 'the Will'. Similarly, in 3rd line of Paragraph No. 02, word 'Narayn' has been typed instead of 'Narayan' and in 28th line of Paragraph No. 03,

Patna High Court TEST CASE No.11 of 2022(10) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 word 'precdeceased' has been typed instead of 'predeceased'. Learned counsel further submits that in 5th and 6th lines of Paragraph No. 6 and in 6th and 7th lines of Paragraph No. 7, name 'late Ashok Kumar Sharma' has been typed and to avoid some confusion, name 'late Ashok Kumar Sharma' should have been deleted since it should have been 'late Lalit Mohan Sharma'. Learned counsel further submits that the aforesaid errors are typographical errors, which need to be corrected.

03. Accordingly, the judgment dated 22.04.2024 passed in this case stands modified to the following extent:- (i) In the cause title of said judgment 'the Will dated 24.07.2021' be read instead of 'the Registered Will dated 24.07.2021'.

(ii) In 3rd line of Paragraph No. 02, word 'Narayan' be read instead of 'Narayn'.

(iii) In 28th line of Paragraph No. 03, word 'predeceased' be read instead of 'precdeceased'.

(iv) From 5th and 6th lines of Paragraph No. 6 and in 6th and 7th lines of Paragraph No. 7, name 'late Ashok Kumar Sharma' be deleted to avoid any confusion.
