It is emphatically submitted by Mr. SBK Mangalam, learned counsel for the petitioner that due to political reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case one after the other, as the offences alleged are of the period when the petitioner was in custody.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

The petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 26.7.2017 on allegation of murder of father of the informant and husband of the deceased and allegation is of criminal conspiracy made by the petitioner from behind the bars.

A report dated 29.10.2018 has been received from the trial court. It shows that the matter is still awaiting framing of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25863 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 charges.

In view of the seriousness of the allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court renewing the prayer for bail after framing of charges in the case.
