2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was arrested by the police but the villagers and his family members forcibly got the petitioner freed from the police.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 05.08.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023.

9. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Amdabad Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
