====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2025 Heard Mr.Vijay Shankar Shrivastava, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ram Sumiran Rai, learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2025 dated 19.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 318(4), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the informant used to extort money from innocent persons and had earlier entered into relationships with several persons such as Shahnawaz, Ajay Gupta, and Aniket Kumar, with whom the informant compromised and obtained money. In this regard, the Annexure-2 series is relevant. In the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64462 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 present matter, the informant alleged that the petitioner established a physical relationship with her on the pretext of marrying her, but this allegation is completely false, as the petitioner is already married. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 14.07.2025 having fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel and mainly petitioner's plea regarding the informant's relationship with several persons, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S.
