JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 18.08.2022, passed by this Court in CWJC No.19188 of 2021, to the extent that the area of the plot in question, mentioned therein as 63 decimal, be rectified and the same be directed to be read as 2 acres 63 decimals. It is

Patna High Court MJC No.2268 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 submitted that on account of inadvertence, the petitioner himself had wrongly stated the area of the land in question to be 63 decimals instead of 2 acres 63 decimals in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition, however, now the petitioner seeks to rectify the said error.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the area of the plot in question, as mentioned in first paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 18.08.2022 be read as 2 acres 63 decimals. The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in order dated 18.08.2022, passed in CWJC No.19188 of 2021.
