The husband of the petitioner died in harness on 8.2.2017 while working as block teacher in Government upgraded Girls (Urdu) Middle School, Aranda.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that after death of the bread earner, the petitioner approached the respondents for consideration of her case for compassionate appointment but till date there is no decision one way or the other.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19708 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 Considering the object behind compassionate appointment, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
