2. The petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .
3 . As per prosecution case, allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons looted cattle of informant who was carrying the seized cattle in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence .
5 . On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.68405 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed loot of seized cattle . During course of investigation , two motorcycles were also seized from place of occurrence in which one of them belongs to this petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
