2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 716 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that due to misconception of facts the informant filed a case against the petitioner but later on he realized his mistake and filed a petition as contained in Annexure '2' to the application where he stated that his father died due to natural death.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 716 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
