Petitioner seeks bail in Dhanaha P.S. Case No.03 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30-A of the Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that foreign liquor as mentioned in the seizure list were recovered from the Bolero Car, which was being driven by Tufani Baitha. Said Tufani Baitha disclosed the name of this petitioner.

It has been submitted that Tufani Baitha has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12464 of 2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13623 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
