2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 03.03.2022 in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 82/2022, F.I.R. dated 02.03.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8/20/22 of NDPS Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application of the petitioner with a liberty to file a fresh application after completion of six months from the date of earlier order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2545 of 2023.
