2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, one Ramdev Prasad Yadav died due to consumption of spurious liquor which was purchased from some unknown persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. no. 12269 of 2024, he has no concern with that person and he is in custody since 23.05.2022.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case as also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 679 of 2021.
