This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) Bihar Excise Act. Country made liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner on 29.01.2017. One page prosecution report has been filed.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C.C. Case No. 54 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully
