Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366,366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The photograph of this petitioner was found in the school bag of the victim girl. On recovery, the victim stated that she had gone alongwith the petitioner as the petitioner threatened to kill her father and brother. She returned on the same day, nothing more is alleged against the petitioner. Submission is that matter appears to be of previous affairs between the two.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60245 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tatarpur Police Station Case No.170 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
