The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016 registered under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C. L. A. Act.

The petitioner and two other persons went to participate in a meeting organized by hard core extremists. From the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge and some cash were recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2016, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
